David Gerhardt is an Associate in the Miami office. Mr. Gerhardt holds his Associate of Arts, magna cum laude, from Louisburg College; his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Alfred University; and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Gerhardt devotes his practice to Workers' Compensation and has extensive experience in the field, having practiced Workers' Comp for almost thirty years. He was also Board certified in Workers' Compensation from 1992 to 2002.

Outside of work, David is an Usher at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, an a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoys playing basketball and also coaches Youth basketball at St. Rose.
