[1950-2020]

Mr. Jones was a founding partner of Jones, Hurley and Hand, P.A., widely known as one of the foremost workers' compensation litigators in the State of Florida. The firm continues to uphold the highest levels of service to our clients, all the while maintaining the highest ethical standards, just as Mr. Jones fought hard to achieve.

Mr. Jones was born and raised in Florida, and he received his Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, having received a full athletic scholarship. He then earned his law Degree from Mercer University in 1987. He was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. He had the privilege of coaching football and working as an athletic director at Colonial High School for eleven years. He is also a member of the Boone High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, two children and three grandchildren. Mr. Jones remains a part of the DNA of the firm even in his passing.
