Mrs. Milian was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1984 and focuses her practice primarily on workers’ compensation insurance defense. She received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Miami in 1980 and a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 1983. Rosalind has over 30 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation litigation.

Other practice areas include Workers’ Compensation Mediation, General Liability Defense, First Party Property Defense and Appeals.

Outside of work, Rosalind enjoys spending time with her family, the theater, traveling and photography.
